1. Raw material workshop

2. Film blowing workshop
In the production process of packaging bags, the first step is film blowing. Through the blow molding machine, the raw materials are heated to a certain temperature and stretched into a film. The film blowing equipment we use is technologically advanced and can produce films with high transparency, good toughness and tear resistance.
3. Printing workshop
After the transparent film is produced, we will perform customized printing according to customer needs. We provide a variety of printing technologies, such as flexographic printing, gravure printing, etc., which can achieve the printing of exquisite patterns and brand logos to ensure the personalization and beauty of packaging bags.
4. Cutting and forming
The printed film needs to be precisely cut to ensure that the size of each packaging bag meets the customer’s requirements. The cut film is heat-sealed or cold-sealed by a sealing machine to form a bag shape. We provide a variety of sealing methods, including heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, etc., to ensure the sealing and strength of the bag.
5. Quality inspection and packaging
All produced packaging bags will undergo strict quality inspections, including strength testing, transparency testing, size testing, etc., to ensure that the quality of each batch of products meets the standards.
